How quick do you respond to emails?

When will I receive any goods purchased on-line?
KiddieShop will confirm your transaction via automated email within a couple of minutes of you successfully placing your order, unless otherwise stated we will dispatch your order as soon as possible. We use Interlink to dispatch our orders and where possible we will supply tracking numbers os you can track your order at www.InterLinkExpress.com

How do I find out if the goods have been dispatched?
Upon despatch, we operate a policy of sending an email to every customer who places an order online. The despatch email includes real time information regarding the status of the order and provides the customer with the full ability to track their order to their door. Please ensure someone will be at the delivery address to accept your order as Interlink will only leave goods with a signature. If you are not at the address to accept the order Interlink will usually return the next working day, after this you will be required to collect your order from your local depot. Clear details of this will be explained on the "Sorry we missed you" card that will be left by your driver.

Is your on-line system "Secure"?

When you make an order we use a secure server. Any data you give us is encrypted using a 'Secure Socket Layer' (SSL) session. SSL is an industry standard and is one of the best ways to ensure Internet messages are not intercepted. When using a secure connection a small padlock will be displayed in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. Please look for the padlock when you are transferring any of your personal details over the internet.

How to Order

Follow these easy steps for an easy shopping experience!

Step 1. Choose a product
Select a category from one of the drop down lists in the header and sidebar or select a category on the Home Page. This will display a list of products.

Step 2. Ordering
When you find a product that you would like to buy, just click on the 'ADD TO BASKET' button. This will add the item into your basket. The number of items and value is shown in the 'Your Basket' on the left hand side of every page.

When you've finished shopping click on View Basket on the sidebar every page. This will take you to the full Shopping Basket. You may make any amendments here, such as changing a quantity. To continue shopping, select 'Continue Shopping'.

Step 3. Register or Log-In
Click on 'Go to Checkout'. This will take you to the Registration Page for you to register your name and address details, including an alternative delivery address.

Step 4. Delivery
At the checkout stage you may be presented with different delivery options. Check whichever delivery option you wish for your order. If you are not presented with delivery options then KiddieShop will determine the right method of delivery for you.

Step 5. Payment
We accept VISA, VISA Electron, Delta, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Maestro, American Express and Solo. Enter your card details, and remember to only press 'Order Now' once - it may take a little while for your credit card to validate via our 3rd party secure server provider (Protx). You can also pay by Personal cheque, Postal orders, purchase orders and PayPal If you would like to pay over the phone, please place you order as normal and select this option at payment method then gives us a call.

Step 4. Order Number
You will be given a confirmation Order Number. Please keep this handy in case you need to contact us regarding your order. You will also be sent an email order confirmation and delivery email upon dispatch.
