First-the technical stuff
Apparently the best posture is achieved when the thigh is supported 2/3 of the way down, the knee then drops at a right angle and the foot is supported with the ankle a right angle too. If all this is in place, you sit up and don’t slouch. Small bones are then able to form straight and strong.
